Yes, this bread is Gluten-Free. We are told it is some of the best Gluten-Free Bread available anywhere.
While we make all sorts of baked goods here at the Clark Fork Pantry, we have devoted some time to creating gluten-free recipes to accommodate the diets of as many people as possible. This includes gluten-free bread, cookies, snacks, granola, pies, and more.

We have been told by customers who have tried our gluten-free bread that ours is the best they have ever had.

As with our conventional products, we use only the highest quality ingredients and processes to produce our gluten-free baked goods. We also offer high quality gluten-free ingredients for sale so that you can create your own delicious health-conscious foods.

Disclaimer: While caution is duly exercised to prevent cross-contamination, our gluten-free products are processed on the same equipment as wheat products and other potential allergens.

Breads

We use Bob's Red Mill All-Purpose Gluten-Free flour, gluten-free oats, along with other excellent ingredients. We always try to make sure our breads are of the highest quality.

Cookies & Snacks

We now make several varieties of gluten-free cookies for your enjoyment, including Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, and Oatmeal Raisin. We also offer Gluten-Free Granola Bars.
